What is not covered:
- Service Call, Only the first 90 days from the original date of service.
- All Mechanical Parts, Electrical Parts and Labor: up to $500 per contract per appliance.
- If unrepairable after repaired: buy back for up to $500.00 per contract per appliance
What is not covered:
- Service trips to your home after 90 days.
- WIFI connect Parts or App Connect Parts.
- Improper installation, delivery or maintenance.
- Failure of the product if it is abused, misused, or used for other than the intended purpose or used commercially.
- Replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuit breakers.
- Products which are not defective or broken, or which are working as described in the Owner’s Manual.
- Damage to the product caused by accident, fire, floods or acts of God.
- Incidental or consequential damage caused by possible defects with this appliance.
- Defects or damage due to operation in freezing temperatures.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Product not accessible to provide required service.
- Food loss due to any refrigerator or freezer failures
- Damages to the finish of the appliance or home incurred during service, including but not limited to floors, cabinets, walls and countertops
- Pickup or delivery costs as Your appliance is designed to be repaired in the home
- Cosmetic damage such as, but not limited to, scratches, dents, rust or stains; nonfunctional parts such as, but not limited to, plastics, internal and external finishes including porcelain enamel, knobs and dials; expendable or lost items; consumable items, such as any part that is designed to be consumed (wear out) during the life of the Product, regardless of whether it is consumer replaceable or not (consumable items include, but are not limited to, light bulbs, air and water filters, hoses, and gas or electrical connections)
- Products used in recreational vehicles or in industrial or commercial settings, defined as anything other than a single family dwelling; single family dwellings include: houses, townhouses, manufactured or modular housing, condominiums, duplexes and apartments
